I've decided to get the Vehicle Assessor system, what next?

Usually you will have already spoken to one of our consultants who will look after you during the requirements gathering and setup stages. 

If you haven't, the best thing to do is contact us and we'll get you up and running.

How much do I have to pay to get setup?

Normally you would pay the full setup fee for basic and advanced packages or as agreed for bespoke packages.

However for Advanced package we can offer to split the payment up and add this to your monthly renewal. In this case we would create an agreement for a minimum term.

How long does it take for me to get my Vehicle Assessor System online?

This very much depends on what you need. Every system we host has some specific configuration for your business, and the complexity of these changes can vary widely.

We also require information from you such as your business details, logos (hi resolution) and other appropriate business data, so it depends on how quickly you can prepare this for us.

As a general guide we aim to deliver our packages on the following time scales:

Is there a minimum subscription term for the Vehicle Assessor System?

If you pay the full setup fee up front, No.

If you would like to split the setup fee then please speak to your advisor who will help you create a payment plan.

What is your refund policy?

You may cancel within 48 hours from signing up for a full refund.

Any time after that will be billed at a daily rate at £200 + VAT per day

Will emails and reports include my logos and headers?

Yes. If you do not have a logo for your business, one of our experienced designers can create one for you.

The signature for emails sent from the system can be configured globally or per user.

Will you put any advertising on my reports?

We place a small "powered by vehicleassessorsystems.co.uk" in the footer of reports. If your are on a bespoke package we may remove it on request.
